THE WAR ON DRUGS AT THE AGORA

Excellent show! Great venue! One of the best live bands I've seen! The sound was incredible. Every member of this band is an artist and master of their craft. So glad I finally had a chance to experience their talent in such an intimate setting. Left this show feeling very fortunate.

THE DRUGS AND SALT LAKE

Best concert this town has seen in awhile. The crowd was great. The band was tight. Took requests from the audience. Just an all around fun show. The War On Drugs live is something not to be missed. Loved it!

THE WAR ON DRUGS AT THE SHRINE

Unbelievable show! Been wanting to see this band for a long time, the drums and bass did drown out some of the other instruments at times but wasn’t that bad, they played a couple songs I wasn’t expecting so was very excited about that..overall epic performance

FIRST TIME EXPERIENCING TWOD

To be clear I am a big fan, and love the "I don't live here anymore" This album has spoken to me deeply and was really excited to go see them perform live in a small venue. The show was incredible opening with my favorite "old Skin" which speaks to my new 2.0 me. I defiantly have shed my old skin. My overall impression was that it was hit all the senses, the lighting was spectacular especially on HARMONIA'S DREAM and UNDER PRESSURE. I found the volume just a bit to high for the venue which left me missing some of the guitar notes. In spite of that I decided to go again tonight to see you again. Is I said, I a big fan and love the way this music speaks to my being. See you tonight.

LOVE THE BAND / HATED THE COVID SPREADERS

The show was great. Unfortunately, more than 50% of the crowd was allowed to be unmasked. This was a potential super covid spreader event. I hope our masks protect us from those who just don’t care.

GREAT BUT TOO LOUD

The band was great but after I lost my hearing and vision from the fantastic light show. Basically WOD came out sounding like an arena band at the little Rialto. I loved it anyway. It was a fun night. Thanks for coming to Tucson Adam. You are incredible as well as the rest of the Band.

WAR ON DRUGS AT KELLAR

Have to agree with Tim from Seattle. Love the band but where was the sound man?? All base and lead guitar and no rhythm at all. We left 3/4 early. Id give them another go though.

THE WAR ON AVERAGE

I was highly anticipating seeing the war on drugs. This was my first experience seeing them and came away feeling a bit disappointed. The band could give each member their time in the spotlight. Adam G. is a fantastic guitar player but the show seemed one dimensional. Maybe taking a break halfway through the show and coming out with a different approach so the audience can witness the band doing one six minute song after the other. I think they shouldn't try so hard on getting FM airplay and let the sound be more organic.

WAR ON DRUGS. MESSY SOUND. INDISTINCT

I love this band. But last nights performance was hampered by poor sound management. Very loud. Indistinct. Could not hear Adam's voice at times. Their songs have a lot of nice musical touches. Unfortunately, those intricacies were lost in a muddle of bass and drums. Band was mostly tight. And very loud. Adam sppeared to be wired tight. That was conerning. I know the songs well. So, i could enjoy them. A less informed listener was probably disappointed.

THE WAR ON DRUGS AT SHRINE

I agree with Tim! This band has been on my list for years to see live. From the first song to the last, the vocals were muffled and the sounds of instruments were loud and drowned each other out. It was difficult to distinguish one song from the other because of the lack of clear vocals. Very disappointing. I am not sure if it was the location or the band. I would love to give them another try - but not at the Shrine.

100% DISAPPOINTED

The sound was so incredibly loud our ears were numb for 24 hrs after. Love this band and have been following them for couple years. It was so loud we could not understand words or the different instruments. They did't play an encore and we were glad as our ears could not take anymore. The band could not have known what we were hearing as they looked like they were into the performance. One of the worst shows I've been to in 40 years of concerts. We flew over 500 miles to see them and took our Daughter and son-in-law to get them hooked on the band.. We were all so very disappointed and they will probably not give the band a 2nd chance. Wish I could get a refund..100% fail... * the Theater is beautiful but this was not a good show at ALL!!

AGREE WITH TIM FROM SEATTLE

Where we’re the sound engineers? I know this band sounds much richer and interesting than the wall of sound that blasted from the speakers at Bill Graham. No definition at all. Very disappointing. I would buy a vinyl album of their 100 times over before attending another live concert. Hopefully it was a fluke. They are so talented but they need a new sound tech for sure. 💁🏻‍♀️
